PAUL KROMWYK currently serves as the CFO of Grade 6 Oil, joining in June 2017, and is responsible for the finance, accounting, risk management and administration functions. Prior to this, Paul served as the CFO of Patriot Environmental Services, a private equity owned business, since March 2014, and also served on the board of Patriot. P
PAUL KROMWYK currently serves as the CFO of Grade 6 Oil, joining in June 2017, and is responsible for the finance, accounting, risk management and administration functions. Prior to this, Paul served as the CFO of Patriot Environmental Services, a private equity owned business, since March 2014, and also served on the board of Patriot. Paul has nearly 20 years of experience in finance, M&A, capital raising, private equity and senior management and has worked across a wide range of industry sectors. Prior to his CFO roles, Paul served as an investment banker for nearly 12 years, including on Wall Street for Credit Suisse and in Sydney, Australia for Greenhill. Paul began his career in Sydney as a strategy consultant for LEK Consulting, Paul has a Bachelors of Commerce and Law from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

BEN MENDES joined Grade 6 Oil, LLC in June 2018 as the VP of Operations. Prior to Grade 6, Ben spent 10 years in upstream oil and gas operations with Berry Petroleum and Linn Energy, mostly focused on heavy oil recovery in California. Ben holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition, he

Prior to this, Gabriela worked at Ares Management in the Information Technology department supporting the CTO, Principal of Infrastructure and various other executives. Gabriela holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies with a focus in Latin America and

Prior to this, Denise served as Controller of Berry Petroleum, a publicly traded Independent E&P Company since July 2017. Denise is a Certified Public Accountant in California, earning her license in 2001 and has nearly 20 years of accounting
